US Vice-President JD Vance has expressed a commitment to what he terms “God’s work,” acknowledging that his efforts might play a role in the arrival of the end times. In a recent podcast interview, Vance discussed the possibility of the world nearing its conclusion, while noting the uncertainty of when it might occur. He mentioned the end times could be thousands of years away or potentially much sooner.
During the interview, Vance also speculated on the presence of the Antichrist, suggesting that the figure might already be among us, citing unsettling trends in modern society from a religious standpoint. He criticized the increasing reliance on artificial intelligence in personal relationships, describing it as “kind of satanic.” Vance argued that AI used as a substitute for human interaction undermines the meaningful relationships people are intended to have.
The vice-president recounted experiencing what he described as a sense of spiritual darkness in meetings with world leaders, noting that certain remarks or discussions could trigger what he referred to as a “spiritual alarm bell.”
Furthermore, Vance defended President Donald Trump concerning a controversial AI-generated image that depicted Trump in a Christ-like manner. He clarified that Trump did not aim to mock Christianity or equate himself with God, describing the post as an attempt at humor.
